You will need: Pegasus Racing Pre-Assembled Size 3 Braided PTFE Racing Hoses. These are the thinnest banjo fitting hoses I can find for the most clearance: Length needed will vary by clutch slave cylinder. I used 18 inch Size 3 PTFE Hose, Straight Female 3AN to 3/8" Banjo with my GTO slave cylinder.
